The standard double room we booked at this place had great facilities, and we enjoyed its remote location in the restaurant lounge area.

Luxurious room, unique with a view on the mountains. Great food for satisfactory breakfast for VERY reasonable prices. Great location for visiting bars and restaurants. Good restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Reasonably spacious units with balcony, music, for example, and the staff were exceptionally nice! The hotel was quiet and brilliant and in a remote location.

The views at Masaya were absolutely breathtaking. I loved sitting by the small river that flowed through the hostel and taking in the stunning mountain scenery. The rooms were also top-notch, especially the dorms with their private shower and bathroom. The equipped kitchen and ample seating areas, both indoors and outdoors, were a definite plus. I also appreciated the convenience of having tours and information available at the front desk. I was impressed with the concept and beauty of Masaya.

Wow, the value for money at Masaya was insane! I couldn't believe how much we got for such a good price. The room was massive with incredible views and the staff treated us like royalty.

The breakfast could be improved with a more efficient kitchen setup for when there are a lot of people.

Amazing staff, beautiful surroundings. Suite is wonderful duplex room. Planned for 2 nights, stayed 3. Amazing views, places to chill out, unique architecture, private dorms, tasty food and drinks. Middle range prices, worth it.
